Dear Father,

Thank you for your mercy, grace, and unconditional love. Though I try, I will never live up to the worthiness of it because I am and will always be a sinner. You are great and wonderful and I am so grateful for the ways you have provided for me.

Please forgive me for losing sight today of your greatness and for forgetting that your plans are perfect and for all good. I allowed myself to become angry that I am having to walk through a season of healing. You have a design and a purpose greater than anything I can imagine and I lost my faith for a short time. Please forgive me for not being grateful and for not trusting in you enough to rest and know that wherever you are taking me, it is better than what I could do for myself.

You have seen my tears and you know how much my heart has been crushed and hurt and I know you will not let it be in vain.

I love you and I submit to your will, your will be done.
