Dear Father God,

I love you! Thank you for being everything we need and all that we need. Thank you for your creation and for creating me. Thank you for your never ending love and endless mercy. You are my Father!

Please forgive me where I have fallen short today. Forgive me for the times I have not allowed you to lead. Please help me to do better.

Father, please give me a heart like yours, overflowing with love and compassion for others. Give me a heart that easily forgives, but help me to guard and protect my heart from this world.

Please keep us safe through the night and fill our dreams with your goodness and your words. Help us to rest and wake with a new energy to serve you and walk in your way.
