Oh Dear Lord My Father,
How my heart aches and is so heavy today. My loneliness and my confusion today is trying to consume me. Please, please help me lay it down. Help me rest in you knowing that the only thing that matters is that I have you, you are Jireh, you are enough.
Fill me with the Holy Spirit and let me only see you and praise you!
Take this weight from me and let me rejoice that YOU love me when others don’t and my worth is not found in anything I lack on this earth because with you I have everything I need.
I know you are working on me and in me and growth is uncomfortable, so I thank you now for what you are leading me to even though I can’t see it.
Let me see and hear you today and as my great provider, please provide the words…YOUR words, that will strengthen me and reset my eyes on you and not on the things on this earth that are not satisfying and leave me empty.
Please forgive me for falling into those lies that I need anything of this earth to be joyful and content, and forgive me for seeking anything other than you first!
I give it over to you! Clean my heart! Fill my heart with your love, make it a heart like yours!
