Dear Heavenly Father,

Your name is above all names. You are sovereign and mighty, yet gentle and patient in your love. I praise you!

Please forgive me for falling short yesterday and forgive me of what I confessed to you today. Fill me with the conviction and desire to please you, and to seek you instead of the world.

Father, help me by being my strength as I try to submit my life to your will. Lead me and show me my path and where my purpose is in serving your greater purpose.

Please continue your work on my heart and mind and to give me wisdom in your word. Thank you for your voice and I pray that I will always listen for it.

Please comfort and heal those I have named to you as it is your will for them. Help them to know that you are with them in their pain and suffering and are there to bear it with them. Let them accept you and receive your rest.

I love you and am grateful for your creation, your grace, your kindness, your mercy, your gift of life and peace, and for every way in which you have opened my eyes, my mind, and my heart to your word.

Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven!
