Dear Father,

Thank you for everything you have done, everything you do, and everything that is to come from you. I love you and thank you for your mercy.

Please forgive me for my sins of yesterday and please show me and forgive me the ones that maybe I don’t see and realize. Father, I want to be what you want for me, so please do not stop giving me conviction and please continue to complete my heart under construction. Please help me to have a heart like yours.

Father, I know so many who are afflicted in some way and I mention them in my private prayers to you. Please hear my prayers for them and please heal them and provide for them. Give them the comfort and peace needed to arrive on the other side of their trial. Help them to see you at work in what they are going through and to trust that your plan is good no matter what we are walking through, sometimes even stumbling through.

I myself have been undergoing attack and sometimes feeling a crushing weight that I don’t understand. I know that you do understand, so please help me, remind me, that you are my guide and all I need to do is trust in you. You have already done so much in my life that I cannot do anything but know that you’re still at work and that you have already shown me that you love me so much that you will keep me safe and you will perfectly place me in your timing. I have no idea where I am going right now, but I’ve seen you move me into places that were better than what I could imagine or do for myself.

I am weak. I am a sinner. I can control nothing. Help me to surrender to that and give you the gift of love that you want, and that is to let you bear the weight.

Please continue to build me, give me wisdom and show me the things you need me to see. Let me never stop hearing your voice.
