Dear Father,

Thank you for waking me up today. Thank you for the beauty in your creation I am able to witness another day and it makes me wonder in fascination that what awaits us could be any more beautiful.

Thank you for your continued work in my life and even though sometimes the reminders feel uncomfortable and even painful, I know there is reward and peace that you are leading me to should I follow.

Help me, Father God, to surrender to your plan and calling for me and to know when to be still and when to act.

You know the questions I have and you know my hearts desires. Sometimes I forget that your way is perfect and I slip back into thinking that I have to do more or be more when what I really need is to just rest and trust in you, you are my provider and that is so much greater than me or what I can do for myself.

Be with me as I am learning to “give up” and trust that you are leading me to a destination that is everything I need.

I love you, I need you, I believe.
