Dear Father,

Thank you for this day. Thank you for waking me up again. Thank you for all that you provide for me from the things needed for survival to the things that are just blessings on top of that.

Father, I pray for our country and our world and all of the hurting, angry, bitter, and mournful hearts. Help the ones who need a heart transformation and comfort those who are in pain and help them not to become hardened but to see that you have a reason for everything.

Yesterday was an oddly quiet day for me, and I see your purpose in it because I heard you. It fills my heart with joy when I hear your voice. Thank you for walking with me yesterday. I pray for the Holy Spirit to help me to understand your words and calling on me and help me to be obedient to it.

For today, please quiet my heart and help me to follow the words you have given me “be still and know that I am God…” and to be patient as you work, reveal, and move me in YOUR timing.

I know you have a greater purpose for me.

I love you, Father, and make me a blessing to others. Expand my territory and lead me to the places and the people where you want me and with who you want me to be.
